Returns and cancellation

You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 7 days of the date of delivery to you. Such notice must be given by mail, fax or email. If you are canceling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.
 
On cancellation for whatever reason, you must return the goods to us at your cost. The goods must be returned in their original condition. Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect goods, we will meet the cost of return provided we use our nominated carrier. If orders that require design and specialist manufacture are cancelled, the monies refunded will reflect the cost of the design and works carried out to the date of cancellation.

We do not offer a 'Buy & Try' policy, if in doubt ring for advice or call in to the showroom for a demo. As stated, we will replace faulty goods or goods incorrectly supplied at our cost or refund goods which are unopened & unused.

Refunds will only be made on the credit or debit card that was originally used to complete the transaction or cheque if paid by cheque.

Returns That Are Not Our Fault (Unwanted Goods / “Cooling Off” Items) Returns that are the customers choice under the distance selling regulations, returns that do not fit (we do not accept that as our fault), goods that are simply unwanted are all entitled to a refund if it is reported to us within 14 days of receipt. As this type of return is not our fault, we will not refund your postage to return the item and we will also not refund the postage and packaging that we charged you to post the order to you in the first place. The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior arrangement only.

Electrical products once opened or used are non-returnable unless they are faulty.

Returns That Are Our Fault (Wrong Item received / Faulty Item) Returns that are our fault would include wrong items received or faulty goods. In this case, we will refund you in full including the original postage & packaging that we charged to you and also your return postage. If we have made a mistake it is only fair that we bear the cost of the error. The refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. All returns are by prior arrangement with a returns number.

Returns Procedure
for mail orders

Goods that have been used, opened, fitted or tampered with are NON-REFUNDABLE unless being returned under Warranty. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the goods have been received and inspected by Bike Dryers UK. Where no refund or credit is due, the goods can be collected by the customer, or sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
